How do I become a patient at ReVitaJuve Health and Wellness? . . .

Do you accept insurance? . . .
ReVitaJuve Health and Wellness is a consultation medical practice. We operate outside the insurance system so that we can offer the high touch personalized medicine that our patients have come to rely on. We do not bill insurance companies for our services; however we are more than happy to provide you with an itemized Superbill for your services for submission to your insurance on your own for reimbursement. Any way you look at it, your health is an investment that is worth taking. Healing health conditions now will prevent development of complications in the future and can certainly save you and your insurance company lots of money!
Can I use my insurance for the bloodwork? . . .
We prefer that our patients use our cash-based in house laboratory services as it allows for consistent lab results and lab values, speedy results, streamlined workflow and improved coordinated care. We thoroughly research the best prices for lab work, and pass those savings on to our patients.

Will I require a prescription? . . .
Yes, BHRT and HCG require prescriptions. We strongly recommend natural hormone replacement prepared at a compounding pharmacy. ReVitaJuve Health & Wellness Center contracts with a licensed and certified pharmacy that will prepare your prescription using the highest standards. The prescriptions will be formulated for your individual needs. The selected pharmacy will contact you to obtain additional information and a mailing address.
How often am I required to have a periodic follow-up visit? . . .
Periodic follow-up visits and blood tests are required to evaluate your response to the therapies, evaluation of symptoms and adjustments if necessary. The frequency of the follow-up visit usually occurs 4 to 6 weeks after your initial consultation and thereafter every 3 to 6 months, depending on your progress. The cost is $199 per visit. The cost of the hormone test will depend on the type and frequency required.
Are there any side effects? . . .
Because bioidentical hormones have the same molecular structure of the hormones made naturally in your body, there are relatively few side effects. Each patient is monitored and evaluated consistently leading to very high success rate of balancing with proper dosing.
When will I notice results from BHRT? . . .
It varies between patients, but you should expect to see noticeable results within 3-6 months. This time is needed to properly balance your new and existing hormones.
